Rhythms Home Care’s parent company, Christian Living Communities believes in promoting a learning culture that provides team members with a way to enhance their current job skills as well as master competencies that can assist with advancement of their career goals.
In addition to providing ongoing on-the-job training, we also have a CLC Scholarship program. This is a team member benefit funded solely by generous donations from residents and others who support the organization.
Scholarship dollars can be used for degree programs as well as certifications. Eligible team members can receive up to $6,500 in scholarship dollars throughout their career with CLC. So far, in 2021 we have awarded 17 scholarships totaling over $30,000 for a variety of educational interests including CNA certification, BSN and MSN programs, and Assisted Living Administrator certifications.
One of the benefits of being a Rhythms home care worker is that no two days are exactly the same given the care workers’ flexible schedules, with bonuses given for those who accept weekend shifts. Team members serve some guests for just two hours while serving others all day, so they might visit several homes in a single day. Some days are spent working in a senior living community, others in private homes. Rhythms caregivers enjoy the variety and connecting with multiple residents.
