Holly Creek was recently in the national spotlight as LeadingAge featured the community and how the team harnesses the power of resident engagement in its latest publication. The story focuses on Holly Creek’s Keeper’s Committee and how their efforts helped decrease team member turnover from 43% across the community in 2012 to 19.8% in 2016.

This powerful success story was initially presented by Jayne Keller, Executive Director of Holly Creek, at LeadingAge Colorado and National conferences.
