Susan Grayson, Christian Living Community’s (CLC’s) Director of Clinical Quality & Compliance, recently spearheaded a very successful celebration of CLC quality improvements by organizing the first-ever GOlympics celebration.

37 “Go Carts” (Growth Opportunities) were submitted for recognition in the following categories: most creative, most impact to residents, most improvement shown, most interdisciplinary, most money saved, most non-GO associates involved and most residents involved. The afternoon was a true celebration of these outstanding quality improvements!

Resident John Ahlenius ran the Olympic torch to the finish line. The presentation and judging of awards was done by CLC Medical Director, Dr. Plunkett and CLC President/CEO, Terry Rogers. In addition to the many Olympic medals handed out, ice cream was served to participants and spectators.

Along with all those who participated, we want to recognize that Susan’s creativity, dedication to quality improvement and desire to highlight our associates’ hard work is also something to be celebrated!
