Recently Moriah Bernhardt, Senior Director of Rhythms Programs for CLC and Cappella teamed up with Verna Cavey, Resident, Independent Living, Christian Living Communities to write about the Continuum of Person-Directed Culture for Pioneer Network.

 

As they were writing this article and reflecting on the Pioneer Network’s continuum chart, we realized there was a missing piece in the evolution from provider-directed to person-directed—the next step—Citizenship! Explore our next evolutionary step to the Pioneer Network’s graph with the addition of CLC’s Citizenship model and concept.
