Selecting an Entrée: Under “Additional Information” in the form below, you will need to select a meal from the drop-down menu titled “Entrée Selection.” As part of your registration, please select your meal choice under “Registrant Entrée Selection.”

For any additional guests you are registering, please select their meal choices underneath their name. *The meal choice is a required field. See example below:
