Does CLC offer skilled nursing and senior rehabilitation?

Yes, CLC offers both skilled nursing and senior rehabilitation.
Skilled Nursing: At CLC, we understand that some seniors need the support that comes with 24-hour routine care and assistance. But what makes our communities special is the belief that needed some extra support shouldn’t stop anyone from fun or personal growth. Many of our communities implement an approach to skilled nursing that is dedicated to helping residents stay connected and engaged.
Short-term Rehab: Whether you’re recovering from a recent injury or illness, our expert senior rehabilitation team offers occupational, physical and speech therapies to help older adults get back home faster.

What makes CLC different from other senior living communities?

What kind of senior living amenities are available at CLC?

From beautiful scenic views to a welcoming atmosphere, our senior living communities offer a wide variety of engaging amenities for residents to explore. While the amenities we offer vary based on the community, there are some key programs that are provided through all of CLC. Rhythms Life Enrichment Services: We believe that each person has their own unique background and interests. Our communities strive to honor each person’s story by helping them build their social, intellectual, inspirational and physical wellness. Duet Hospitality: Duet Hospitality is redefining what the dining experience can be at senior living communities. Our program is focused on creating memorable experiences for residents while offering expertise in nutrition.

Does CLC have a unique memory care program to help residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia stay engaged?

Yes, at Christian Living Communities our unique memory care program is called Rhythms Dementia Services. It’s our way of identifying each memory care resident’s natural rhythm of life and adapting are services to best support them. What are adult day services?

Adult day services give families peace of mind knowing that their senior loved one is well cared for during the day while they handle their other responsibilities. Think of it as a club-like program that’s designed for older adults. Your senior loved one will have more opportunities for meaningful moments and social connections. Our adult day services can also provide support and expert care for seniors in need of memory care.
