Cappella of Grand Junction presents Glenda Hamer-Garlitz, RN/BSN, Program Director for Family Health West’s Senior Life Solutions, as we discuss depression and anxiety in older adults and Family Health West’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). 

Glenda has been a nurse for over 40 years, having received her LPN in 1982 and RN/BSN in 2020. In her role as Program Director for Family Health West’s Senior Life Solutions, she is pursuing her passions by working with the senior population to help bring joy and acceptance back into their lives. Glenda is very passionate about debunking the mental health myths regarding depression and anxiety in our aging population and bringing mental health care to all seniors who need it.

Lunch will be provided.
