Pinnacle Customer Experience Awards: All three of our short-term rehabilitation neighborhoods received multiple Customer Experience Awards recently. The awards are based on survey’s conducted by Pinnacle Insights, a national quality measurement company, recognizing the top 10% nationwide in each category.


CMS 5-Star Rating: The US Government Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service comprehensively audits health services on a regular basis. All three CLC skilled nursing services have consistently received 5-star ratings.

U.S. News & World Report Award for Best Nursing Homes

Several CLC communities have been honored with “Best Nursing Homes” and/or “Best Senior Living” awards from U.S. News and World Report, based on nationwide consumer satisfaction surveys, and standards of key services and consistent performance in quality measures.


State of Colorado Workplace Safety Award: CLC is the only health care company to receive the state’s top honor for employer safety (2014).


International Innovation Award: Clermont Park was recognized for its life-long learning and empowerment model, Clermont College of Creative Life, with a North America Innovation award by the International Council on Active Aging (ICAA).


Outstanding Employer of the Year: Christian Living Communities was awarded the Outstanding Employer of the Year (2014) for the second time in 4 years by the Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE).

LeadingAge formerly known as AAHSA (American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging) is a national association of over 6000 not-for-profit organizations dedicated to making America a better place to grow old. LeadingAge Colorado is a state-wide chapter here. We’ve proudly signed the Quality First covenant, holding ourselves to the highest standards in the industry.

Eden Alternative

The Eden Alternative® organization emphasizes that no matter how old we are or what challenges we live with, life is about continuing to grow. Our affiliation with Eden Alternative keeps us focused on encouraging residents to enhance well-being by eliminating loneliness, helplessness, and boredom.

South Denver Care Continuum

South Denver Care Continuum (SDCC) is a committed group of care partners from across the continuum of senior services working together to improve the health and well-being of older adults in the south Denver area. CLC was instrumental in forming this community committed to older adults.

The Alzheimer’s Association

The Alzheimer’s Association here in Colorado plays an important role in certification training for our talented staff for serving those seniors in need of memory support. CLC is one of the largest fundraising teams for the Alzheimer’s Association annual Memory Walk and takes advantage of the Memories in the Making art class chapters in our communities.

The South Metro Denver Chamber

The South Metro Denver Chamber is a local group representing over 1,000 members that advocates for businesses by influencing local government and encouraging regional economic development.

Redwood Health Partners

Redwood Health Partners offers primary care services to all residents at three CLC locations. A medical concierge works with each resident to create a personalized clinical support plan that ensures clear communication and continuity between community care partners and the Redwood clinic medical staff.

Perennial Advantage

Perennial Advantage is a Medicare Advantage plan partially owned by CLC and built just for our residents. Perennial's mission is to provide better outcomes, increased satisfaction, and lower health costs to residents. It all starts by bringing attention to the preventive lifestyle and chronic care management within our communities. Perennial has three plans and enriched benefits for the 2023 enrollment period, with the two plans specifically tailored for specific chronic conditions and for those living in skilled nursing offering continual enrollment throughout the year.
